Before I can even begin to think about tidying the house for a visit from a friend tomorrow, I must review my notes on the fundraiser dance I have been assigned the duty of food coordinator for, as well as planning tomorrow’s snack for the preschool. Writing will have to come in a close tenth after I put away the laundry, clean off the counters and scrub the pots and pans. I learned when we lost our water that leaving things to soak overnight can only leave you with a sink full of sudsy trouble. I might as well go to bed at night with a clear conscience and a clean sink lest the muddy booted man return…it would give him a place to wash them.
Clean Sink….
