The other day, our swimming instructor pointed out that it took me twenty-three strokes to swim one length of the pool.

 
He said the best swimmer in the world does it in eleven strokes.

 
I assume he wanted the group to understand there is room for improvement.

 
All I heard was, “You are twelve strokes away from being the best in the world!”
