Local Children’s Art Gallery Robbed….

So yesterday I really loved the creativity coming from my two oldest daughters.

They set up an amazing collection of their own artwork and strategically placed it throughout the house.

They opened the gallery for business charging a loose button for admission and paraded us through, explaining the history behind each one of their pieces.

In a word, it was inspired.

Then the girls shifted from museum curators to asking for flashlights.

I thought this was an interesting transition and I set them up with flashlights wondering if maybe the museum was going to introduce a light show upon entering, making shoppers feel they were really getting their button’s worth, or they wanted some back lighting to showcase specific art.

Nope.

They were burglars planning a heist.

One would play the slower than molasses gallery security guard duped by the lightning fast cat burglar who would come in, swipe the priceless one-of-a-kind treasures and be gone before the guard had a chance to look up from their hot chocolate.

That sounds way more like it.
