I have had an on again, off again ear ache for the past couple of weeks.
Greg thinks it’s “Swimmer’s Ear” which would be the only physical connection I’ve made to the sport thus far.

We were putting the girls to bed last night and my ear was killing me so I was in a hurry to find some drops and apply some heat (Baileys and coffee).

It seemed like everything Chloe said came out as a yell. When I motioned that my ear was hurting she said, “Yell in my ear Mommy. Yell in it! I love it! Just yell in my ear. I have patience. I really have patience Mommy.”

What does that mean?

Then I told Hanna to please stop reading and try to get some sleep.

I think it might be illegal to encourage a child to stop reading.

Ellie wanted to braid my hair.

Okay but stick to leg and head. Don’t touch the ear hair.

Every stroke she took with the brush seemed a deliberate penetration with the bristles directly into my ear canal while Chloe yelled in my good ear about how much fun it would be if I yelled into hers.

I can no longer hear anything.
