My 11 year old enjoyed reading the book series “Land of Stories” by Chris Colfer of Glee fame. Similar to Fame, fame if you watched cutting-edge musical tv in the eighties.

 
His fourth book of the series is expected to be available in July of this year. I know this because short of emailing Mr. Colfer directly, I have done extensive research so Hanna will stop asking me the following two questions daily; 1) Did you go to Chapters to look for my book today? 2) Did my book come out today?

 
I told her last night, “The book is scheduled to be released in July.”

 
“Released? Was the book in prison?”

 
“No, a book release is when a new book is launched.”

 
“Launched? Like a rocket?”

 
“No, a book release/launch is when a new book hits the streets.”

 
I will refrain from telling you her feelings about hitting.

 
“Why is it called a release? Why not a renewal? You know ‘newal’ like renewal?”

 
“Yes, I get it. It’s just not what it’s called.”
