I started reading Chloe a handful of books, stacked on my lap with a nod and command, “Go!”

When we got to the classic Dr. Seuss “Oh The Thinks You Can Think” I was reminiscing about reading it to both Hanna and Ellie when they were Chloe’s age.

I fondly remembered getting to the page, “What would you do if you met a Jiboo?” and asking the girls, “Well, what would you do?”

Ellie would sweetly say, “Hi Jiboo!” (Always friendly)

Hanna, “Stop! Drop! And Roll! Then tell an adult I trust” (Always cautious)

When I asked Chloe, her answer differed slightly from her sisters, “Oh I would kill him. I would just run and kill him.”

It’s probably a good thing that I’m documenting this.
